This 3-part series will help you understand the nine Enneagram types more deeply. Each week, we will explore the three centers — emotional, mental, and instinctual — and how each of the types that inhabit these centers thinks, feels, and makes sense of life. In each class you will also learn more about the structure and theory behind the Enneagram and how it works as a dynamic system for personal growth.
Instead of talking about the nine personality types, you will experience them first hand through people’s stories. You will also explore each one through several modalities: videos, music, images, guided meditations, and listening and sharing exercises. This class is for those new to the Enneagram and for students who want to further their understanding.
“The Enneagram is the Rosetta Stone for understanding human personalities, providing the key that unlocks understanding, empathy, and compassion for self and others. It is the most wonderful, remarkable, and incredibly powerful tool I have ever encountered for understanding human nature.” KI
